Problem: We have a maintenance process on server Minoa, Mail8, Maryland and Massachusets. Our admin are working on this now. You will be experiencing a problem if you have Minoa, Mail8, Maryland and Massachusets as mail server. Please be patient while we are working to correct this issue, so we can test it out. Affected Servers: Minoa, Mail8, Maryland and Massachusets Affected Services: Webmail, IMAP, SMTP, and POP3 How to check if you are Affected: To check if you are effected or not, go to command prompt then do "ping mail.domain.com" If you are not under Minoa, Mail8, Maryland and Massachusets then you should not be having such problem Estimation Recovery Time: Your service will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours (starting from 04:00 PM PDT), during our system recovery process. Problem: We will be migrating some accounts under Neon server over to Nucleus server. The movement takes place in order to provide more stability and uptime to all accounts' performance under our servers (will start to commence on August 14, 2008 at 10:00 AM PDT, for our current time, please click here: http://www.time.gov/timezone.cgi?Pacific/d/-8/java) Affected Servers: Neon Affected Services: NONE (The websites will still be online) - But will be unable to update the account until the new ones propagate. How to check if you are Affected: To check if you are affected or not, go to "FTP/User account" menu on Control Panel and look at Host Name parameter. If you are not under Neon server, then you should not be having such problem.
